Synopsis
A family makes sure they’re not alone after moving into a new house in the suburbs. While it was well-received at the Sundance Film Festival, some viewers walked out due to its intensity. One person said, “I can’t handle this stress this late at night.” Reference to Amanda the Jedi Show: NIGHT SWIM is Garbage | Explained (2024). This is a fantastic film. The actors are great, and the film really pulls you into their world and makes you feel like you’re in it. I found myself quite engrossed in the drama and suspense. The ending was haunting and stayed with me for days, which is a pretty rare thing for a film to do. I think this will be a huge hit when it comes out. If for some reason it doesn’t, it will be popular years from now, and people will wonder why it wasn’t more widely known when it came out. I’d like to see it again, but only if a friend is there. see if they’re as haunted afterwards as I was.
