The first episode just wrapped
Synopsis
In the eternal city of Macondo, seven generations of the Buendía family navigate love, oblivion, and the inevitability of their past and their destiny. This is Netflix’s most expensive project to come out of Latin America to date, with Colombian groups and indigenous communities constructing props and sets for the series.

I’ve read the book three times in my life and it’s all good
I’m glad they’re taking the time for the table, as it’s important to set the scene and even then it feels a bit rushed, but with sixteen episodes I can live with that. No expense was spared on the locations and sets, and that helps create the atmosphere.
No censorship please!
Looking forward to the questions about questionable ethnicity! No need to waste time scrolling endlessly — here’s the full lineup of new movies and TV shows streaming on Netflix this month.
