Testing of Low PAH Improved Fish Smoking Stove (Ahotor Oven)
This report presents the findings from a Controlled Cooking Test (CCT) on an improved fish smoking stove called the AHOTOR OVEN design by the combined effort of SNV, FRI, FC and NAFPTA under the USAID funded Sustainable Fisheries Management Project. The Project aims at ending overfishing of key stocks important to local food security through a multi-pronged approach.
