In order to assist users on how to search and download data from this site, we provide below a demonstration search, in a step by step fashion.

• Go to ‘Search Data’
• Click on ‘Search & Browse Species’
• In the right window that opens, there are two combo boxes, followed by an empty text box; in that text box, type ‘species name’ or any other taxonomic name of interest (the db will try and guess which species you want as soon as you’ve typed a minimum of 4 characters)
• Click on the species of interest in the drop-down list with suggestions (you have to do this, even if there is only one suggestion left). This action should bring up a new drop-down list with following options:

  • Download full paper
